Inclusive Routes Consulting applies evidence-based methodologies and current research to support organizations at different stages of the inclusion journey.
Doing DEI differently
Organizational leaders encounter significant challenges when developing and implementing DEI strategies. The lack of consensus on what success looks like leads to uncertainty about effectiveness: Am I doing it right, or not?
For many, the global nature of business processes requires high intercultural competence. However, most existing DEI frameworks can't be easily replicated across cultures: What works in one place simply doesn't apply in another.
As an applied anthropologist working across cultures, I apply scientific methodologies and research insights to help organizations build inclusive cultures.
